With more digitalization and usage of AI- ML in banking, the time needed for KYC-AML checks has reduced drastically. However, impersonation has become very common and loans, Overdraft facility and credit cards are issued to fraudsters without the knowledge of the actual person thereby negatively impacting the CIBIL to a great extend.
Is there a way to centrally instruct all the financial institutions or banks to not open any other account or disburse any loan or card under my name digitally?

I’ve been working at a rather prestigious midsized firm in a big city for almost a year and a half now. I have been having a lot of trouble picking up work from senior partners. We are required to bill at least 150 hours per month to meet our requirement. My months are typically only 110-130 hours. It seems like the senior partners already have their “go to” associate for things. Does anyone have any suggestions on how i can increase my workload? I reach out for work pretty much weekly.

I just started a new job as a Director. I’m the only black person in management on my accnt. It’s really hurtful but the other managers try to tell me what my job is and what I should be doing (Cont.)

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?
