Wondering if anyone has any advice for landing an interview for a position with a CRO. I’ve been a study coordinator for 2 years and have 5 years of clinical oncology experience but I haven’t had any luck getting calls for interviews. Suggestions? Tips?

After 2 years of a pandemic and working independently for many years, I am not feeling interviews AT ALL. There are points in the interview where I want to just say "Look! Either hire me or don't".

Hi. I have applied for a job in an academic setting for a leadership role in cancer research. Duties would have me responsible for a small team of research nurses as well as other managerial duties for the department. How much should a person with a Masters in pharm/tox expect to make?

I’m looking to transition from an academic medical center to pharma or a biotech. I have about 8 years of clinical research experience overall — 7 years combined as a CRC (CRC I, CRC II, and senior CRC) and 1 year as a PM. I’m also recently ACRP-CP certified.
