Hi all, I joined as a traine in devops engineer 1 yr back. My LPA was 1.2. after 1 yr Now I have a LPA of 3.2.
I have no developer background. I joined just after college at that time. Now I have experience with major devops Technologies. even after 1 year of devops I am still confused if I should follow this way or learn development like my classmates who earnings more than my current LPA in their first year. I have worked on the tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Git (GitLab and GitHub)/Gerrit and Other DevOps Tool Chains such as Artifactory and Monitoring Tools. But not cloud experience like AWS, Azure (have on Premises cloud exposure).
