This is the holding company that owns your agency? If so I don’t think that’s even poaching, just “transferring” since you’re technically just moving to a different business unit in the same company.

It’s just called “changing jobs”. Don’t worry.
There is no loyalty in this business. If it’s a better opportunity, go for it.
“Holding Co is trying to poach me….” Most of the holding co have mobility guidelines to avoid poaching. Sounds wrong but go for it if it is a better opportunity.
This just happened to a colleague. No one is mad at them, but we are all angry with the holdco for being super sketchy about it.
I think this is fine, what matters to them is that talent stays “in the family” - it’s not like you’d be jumping to a competitor.
