Working my final few days as a Business Analyst, I've realized how bleak the UK job market is in the UK. I've been here for 3 years and none of the companies I've contacted or worked with openly mention they're ready to offer sponsorship in exchange for capabilities, Unless you have tons of experience in a really niche field I'm guessing those looking for sponsorship in the UK are going through a similar situation. It was nice while it lasted UK, I hope it was worth it :)
