Working with large data set and excel is “calculating threads” when I sort. What can I do to avoid this?

I have not been diagnosed with ADHD. I definitely fit some of the characteristics that go unnoticed in females. The good news is if i do have ADHD, it makes me quite good at my job as I’m very flexible and can provide positive energy to my patients. Anyway, my boss has told me I have ADHD multiple times. Eg:
Cell A2= 'xyz' Cell B2 = 'w1'
Cell C2= 'ghi' Cell D2 = 'x1'
Cell E2= 'plm' Cell F2 = 'y1'
Cell G2= 'mhn' Cell H2 = 'z1'

The combination of the 'W','X','Y' and 'Z' codes identity a specific trend

Hey everyone! I am working on a report with the intention of updating the products that a specific customer uses. Currently, the data is arranged with the unique ID in Column A, and associated products in Column B. However, each product has its own row so company 1234 might have 5 rows and company 5678 might have 20. What I need to do is collect the product data for each unique company and put it into a single row, separated by a comma(s). I am at a crossroads, any suggestions?

Best way to lookup a value with multiple criteria across rows and Columns, for 3 criteria I usually do sum product. Any other tips?
