I think the money will just shift elsewhere but I do think we will shift to a more hybrid life

I don’t think wfh percentages will stay this high after a year or so.

My spending has decreased but not that significantly. I still eat out, maybe even more than I use to.

So, a new associate recently joined our team. We are still WFH. I’ve tried to be friendly with the associate but somehow not getting traction. Any suggestions? I’m the only one that initiates any kind of interaction online too. What’s the norm here? I would expect an associate to reach out more, but they only reach out to tell me to do work, which is fine too, just used to working with more social associates in the past.

I switched two years ago from regional real estate/energy to a local small, but established residential real estate practice. While I’ve gained so much practical experience and run my own book here, I want to shift to a non-traditional remote role in real estate but keep getting turned down. Have been having random bouts of lower back pain that take about a week to clear up - haven’t had any major documented back injuries but have been sitting a lot with WFH. Any tips from folks around WFH equipment, stretches or exercise that helps with this? I’m going to my primary care phys next week just to get a confirmation that it’s not something more serious
