I am having offer from Optum, Mphasis Bitwise Inc.
optum is providing X lpa , Bitwise X+3.5 lpa and mphasis X+4.5 Lpa all are fixed. May i know which is better to join ?
Optum has not released offer letter yet as discussion was going on with hr to provide X+2 LPA fixed and she agreed on that but later she said she will not able to provide more than X and if you interested than only we will release offer letter. So may i know in the last week before joining will they renegotiate?

Comminuted with the Rm that I don’t have the car and she suggested that I reach out to the audit engagement team to see if I can Uber. I did that and given the distance of almost 2hours, the senior responded saying they pretty much can’t reimburse me for that. What can I do since I don’t have a car? Open to suggestions! I was promoted to manager in Jan but received an offer with a 35% salary increase and much cheaper health insurance outside the firm. I am 85% sure I’ll take the offer, but wanted to see if anyone could think of acting I may be missing out on by leaving? FYI my inflation increase was larger than my promotion increase and my student loan payments also were stopped since I’m no longer an SA. I think what is holding me back is my guilt for my immediate team but just want to check.

I know a few managers on the team hired in at 110-120 thousand but have also heard I can expect a 5% raise or less moving up internally, which would put me around 25% below that.
