Would you go for a Director / Big 4 SM equivalent at a smaller consulting firm ( max potential TC $480k), or Project Leader /SM equivalent at MBB?

The smaller consulting firm was traditionally an outsourcing firm and recently opened its management consulting division. Both roles are focused to serve PE and catering to DD’s.

I join tcs by changing my profile and my previous exp was in 5 yr pre-sales.
I am giving my best in work but still escalations are raised against me by client.
My husband is also in tcs he is moving to onsite in Jan and my travel is also planned mid next year.
I am giving 12hour daily in my job to adjust in new profile. And affecting my health now.
Shall I quit the job and move with my husband with on dependant visa? Or i shall continue to get pressurized and wait for my onsite?
Plz suggest.

Hi all, I’m looking to learn about how one can transition from PwC AC to PwC India.
I joined PwC AC Bangalore as a fresher and have been working here for 13 months.

Hey all, I’m considering a position with KPMG’s Deal Advisory / M&A service line as an M. What are your thoughts on 1) work life balance, 2) business outlook, and 3) culture? The salary is very competitive.

I'm deciding between two offers: 1. FDD Associate at A&M (90k base + likely 30-40k annual bonus) 2. Analyst at a small boutique IB with decent deal flow (75k base + likely 50-70k annual bonus)
