That casual convo has morphed into two interviews this week, one with an SVP and EVP and one with the global head of the practice. It would be a $65k bump in salary. Worth going through with it? Should I mention that I’m not actively looking to leave my current job? Been here 6 months…

I have a final round interview for a job I’m extremely excited for tomorrow. I have been at my current job since July (unicorn startup). I also have been on medical leave for about a month and a half due to surgery. My current job is also just not quite the right fit for me.
