Why aren't you looking to switch? Do you want to stay where you are because you believe your current role, pay and trajectory is better than the role/pay/trajectory of the new opportunity, or because you're trying to adhere to some arbitrary rule of thumb like not leaving a job in under 12 months?
If the former, ok. If the latter, you need to ignore those time limit rules. If there's something else at play like geography, wlb, or a big signing bonus you would need to return, then maybe the new opportunity can address those things.

You already look like a job hopper based on that info. Staying at your current job for 5 years would dramatically change that image, but staying for 12 months instead of 6 won't. Staying for a few years isn't worth missing out on another 65k/yr (if you get the other offer). I would have the interviews and leave if the opportunity is better.
65k is a lot of reasons to jump. And, 6 months in, it's not like you're overy attached. Go get that cheddar.
