I am a medical social worker at a hospital since graduating with my MSW. I have been at the job a year and feeling burnout with little options for movement within the company at the moment. Besides case management and therapy (no individual, school, or CMH), what else can I do with my degree? Any advice is appreciated! :)

38 yo in Germany, wife & 2 kids (5 & 1), 1 kid with Autism. Should I be investing as much as possible or just enough to keep some cash floating around? I have all the insurances (life, health, disability, accident) and making about 105k+ EUR in Germany.
