Y’all I don’t know where things are headed. My manager said there’s no chance for pay increase without a promotion and there’s no space for promotion on the team…but I’m being tested / stretched for a promoted role. I don’t know who to believe but I don’t know if I have anything to negotiate against. What would you do in this situation?
