Our district is so lax on the students this year. With tech issues and distance learning days, we’ve gone from accommodating to enabling real quick. No penalties for late work, taking excuses for attendance, lower academic and behavioral standards... We were beginning to make so much progress on transforming our school culture, but this year is erasing that and then some. Decided to move out of state after this school year for my kids. I have a good job and a good boss. What’s a good way to be very professional and keep my work relationships in a good note.

I have a direct report who is smart, passionate about her job and can be really innovative. However she carries this enormous weight of responsibility, for needing to do everything, do it right, make sure it's perfect, not trusting colleagues to help. At a previous company... we were contractually obligated to have deployed (and provided 24x7 monitoring of) an AT&T Cybersecurity product suite for a managed network client, but we never deployed the solution. They paid us for the 24x7 monitoring and the software for MONTHS. When they realized it, we owed them almost $27k.

Actually, I gave Interview for BackEnd Developer @ Itilite. I was selected in the interview process (2 Tech DSA Based + HR) and got a mail stating that our interview panel is really impressed with your domain related expertise in order to proceed with offer negotiation please submit your documents. Now after 2-3 days of document submission, they came up by saying they cant move forward with my candidature.

I am still amazed how can they do this after asking my documents.
