You think watching the lectures or reading the section on your own, will make a significant difference ?

Depends on your study style. Reading didnt help me much since it made me super sleepy lol but then the lectures made me think i could multi task with that in the background 🤣

likefunny

Taking a first pass at the MCQ before watching the lecture worked for me. Because when I actually listened to the lecture I was able to understand the material better and point out important items based off of mcq. I found reading the book boring, lol. And it actually slowed me down.

Small firm (my boss, me, & a paralegal). After a hearing I did not handle, boss intended to seek review of the ruling in its entirety. What was communicated to me by paralegal was to seek review of a portion.

Seeking review is now time-barred. Boss is not upset, but this is 1 case & 1 problem. There are other cases & other stories.

How do I talk to my boss about being more present (boss is never in office, has “too many” emails, never answers his phone) without being seen as insubordinate?
