Advice, please!

What to do when an account director is trashing you professionally to coworkers, especially if you’ve never worked with him... it’s really weird.

My coworker consistently comes in 30min -1hr late every day. Plus they have the balls to take long 1hr or more lunches AND leave early. Our manager doesn't seem to notice. How do I bring this up?
