Green comms/media planner here. So far, this job seems like it's 90% answering emails and tracking invoices. Is that really the extent of this role? Or am I missing something here?

I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. I knew I was very early in the process since the job had only been posted for a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, even after reaching out to the recruiter. Have I been ghosted or is there still hope? Does anyone at Visa have insights? Looks like there are a ton of jobs posted so maybe they are just backed up?

When should a stub start getting worried about not having much work and low billable hours?
