So, is it realistic for a job listing to say "entry level" but expect you to have 5+ years experience? I was under the impression that entry meant "entering the field" 😐

What's up with 10+ years old profile pictures in LinkedIn and some of them are using too much filters and whitening effects that people I have seen outside and what in profile are of two different races.

Does anyone feel like it’s super insensitive to post from the company social media acccount, things like “congratulations”, “exciting announcement” etc moments after laying off hundreds of people?

Why do they constantly send emails about jobs I COULD apply for but not the ones I actually applied for , if I wanted to apply to the jobs they sent I would’ve . It just seems like they never get back… more
