Fishing for some likes to unlock DMs🙏🏽🙏🏽

Hello fishes,
I have a background in finance and 6+ YOE of professional work experience, I had to leave CA in between due to family emergency and started working (although only 1 group of CA final is left, 1 is cleared already), so can anyone provide an insight if being CA qualified is a mandatory requirement in EY and EY GDS in position of Manager in Accounting, auditing,FAAS,AWM teams etc
Would appreciate any insight, as seems HR everywhere just see degree and not the relevant work ex..

Sir this is a simulation
Sent out ~300 LinkedIn applications. I’ve gotten one interview and probably 20 denials. I couldn’t tell you
Probably set on making people think there are no jobs out there. Nothing motivates employees more than being tricked into thinking their job is in jeopardy. Psyops at work.
You are better off going to the company website to make sure it's still open and applying there.
Most of the jobs that are posted on LinkedIn are external links to applications. At least, that has been my experience!
And Joe the puppet states jobs were added what a joke
Work with recruiters! Set your profile to be “open to recruiters” and they will message you with opportunities. I get messages almost every day with roles. Obviously this varies depending on your field.
Agree that contacting recruiters is the best way to go. I’ve applied to about 200+ jobs on LinkedIn that I was over qualified for because I was desperate to leave my job, and received about 60 rejections. The only time I heard back is when I worked with a recruiter or applied directly on the company’s site.
Linkedin has made it incredibly easy to apply to jobs. These jobs can now get hundreds of applicants within hours, most of whom are not qualified. It's really made Linkedin not great for candidates or companies. Try other job boards not as "crowded" as Linkedin. Networking also remains the best way to find a job.
I personally don’t know anyone who has had any luck with jobs on LinkedIn.
It's your resume.
Also, when you use Easy Apply, the questions there are to screen you OUT. Answer incorrectly and your resume likely won't even be reviewed. Better connect with some 3rd party recruiters. They get your resume in front of people.
However, once again your resume likely isn't doing you any favors. It you have near 1 inch margins, education at the top, or the word objective, including an objective statement, no one will be responding.
