3rd Friday of Ramadan…this month has passed by so fast. What are some of your goals for the last part of the month?

Does anyone else feel like the nature of consulting is changing? Progression is slowed, salaries levelling out, yet expectations still remain high / high pressure environment.

What are your tips for waking up feeling more energized? I find that the broken sleep is making me wake up tired, then push through, then around 3 pm really need a nap.
