We have found questionnaires through target organizations and have done anonymous employee surveys but are hoping to find someone who can do an assessment for gender, minorities, disabilities, 2SLGBTQ+, etc. and provide feedback on the actual employee experience and where we may have blind spots.

Salam. 23M here - all my life I’ve had my back on our faith - never really prayed but had imaan (I guess). Why do some muslim men think that career women in their 30s become desperate and will significantly lower their standards? Someone with 3 kids that’s been divorced twice and isn’t even practicing just told my friend he’ll do her the favor of giving her children. The arrogance is mind boggling

Any tips for having to attend a team lunch and a separate happy hour while fasting? Outside of Ramadan happy hours aren’t awkward bc I’ll just drink soda or something. However, now do I just sit there and stare at them when they are drinking/munching on their lunch ? 😂

I know it’s ideal to lift after iftar (maybe after dates/water + magrib and before dinner) but wonder if it is doable to squeeze in a 30-40 min training session right before iftar (for time saving purposes)?
