Electrolytes make a huge difference - drinking a mass of water isn’t super helpful as you end up flushing a lot of your natural electrolytes. I use the ultima brand supplements and then also have a glass of water with lemon, chia seeds, Celtic sea salt, and splash of coconut water which are all natural hydrators. Also pro tip - I usually take a preemptive Tylenol at suhoor the first week which helps to stave off headaches as your body acclimates. May Allah make it easy for you!
I take excedrin at suhoor lol
Drink fluids during suhoor and get enough sleep if you can
Drink water before sleeping and for suhur. Take a nap if you can.
That's sugar withdrawal symptoms. You are likely consuming too much sugar

- get dissolvable electrolyte packs to mix with water
- taken often breaks during work, put Allah first, it’s hard mainting tasks at work if your relationship with Allah isn’t first priority (speaking from personal experience)
- while working, when not in calls keep your tounge moist with dhikr (rememberance of Allah)
- make sure you step out and get fresh air even for a few minutes
Hope this helps & May Allah make
It easy and accept from all of us!
Sleep well. Use magnesium before bed

I suffer from migraines with fasting. The above cured it and tummy fasts have been very easy this year. Try it.
I do water, overnight oats for some protein and carbs , and then top it off with an energy drink. I don’t go back to sleep and go straight to work. Haven’t had headaches since I started following this. A lot of the headaches are caused by lack of caffeine
Caffeine pills in suhoor has been a game changer for my husband
