For those who haven’t followed a “typical” career path (e.g., made industry and function pivots), do you feel this has paid off or do you wish you stuck with a more conventional path?

I have 2 offers from Myntra (Associate-M1) and Coinswitch (Business finance analyst) at 1.5 YoE.
Myntra :15.5 base +1.5 joining + 7 stocks(4 years) + relocation
Coinswitch :15.5 base + 1.5(joining+retention) + 2 performance bonus paid yearly.
Which would be a better choice ?
