I’m contemplating something for a while. It’s a promo year for me but there is no guarantees..so wondering if I should ask for a raise off cycle in the case it doesn’t happen. Do you feel it would come across as inconsiderate in this economy?

I have been on bench since I joined the firm 3 months ago. Now I have got project but still on bench. I have got mail regarding not raising snapshots because I was on bench so i didn't do anything except trainings and some learning. I don't have hours to raise snapshot for.

What shall I do in this case? I am very much worried that if i don't have any project hours to show, will they fire me or what actions are supposed to be taken ? Thanks.

My work quality is slipping due to brain fog and mental health issues and I don’t know how to address it with my firm or who to go to. Hey folks. Question for the majority of us still under the big 3 holding co’s...are raises a thing anymore? I’ve been at my (smaller) agency almost 5yrs and got one raise (a nice $12k bump) during that time—is that sufficient? Is one increase in that span normal? I also recognize being somewhere 5 years is rare these days. The honeymoon period at any agency seems to be 2.5—3yrs before bolting. Not complaining, just asking. Any advice on how to tastefully tell your manager that you no longer want to be a charge nurse anymore?
