I’m normally so bad at fasting. Headaches, nausea, brain refusing to work. Alhumdulillah this years fast have been so easy for me.
Eat the right foods at suhoor. Get at least 4 full glasses of water in. Take a multi. drink coffee if you’re addicted like me. Take an excedrin. I do for headaches. And a banana.
Yes sorry I meant 4 full glasses in a day. I drink 2 at suhoor and 2 after iftar. Greek yogurt is good too for some extra protein. I eat a few spoons with the banana.

Keep yourself busy. Time will go fast
Try not to look at clock too much
Keep distracted
Remember why you are fasting, and what the needy go through everyday
I find after first 10 days of fasting, it gets easier, just your body getting accustomed to it
