I was interviewed by PwC IFS approx 3 months back (for Sr QA manager). Recruiter called me and said I got very very good feedbacks but due to some reason they can not recruit me.

She said if you see some job let her knoe. For sometime, I kept mailing her and she was responding every time. Couple of time ,she sgared some positions also from her side but it was not suitable. Suddenly now she not responding at all.

Not sure what could be reason

They hired a different candidate or that requisition (opening) was closed. If there are not suitable roles available for you, what more do you want from the recruiter? She has nothing to do with what happened after your screening interview with her.

Wow ! I never knew that as a candidate I should not expect answers/feedback from companies like PwC . Lesson learned specially when you say "attitude" ! Thx for your input

I had an interview for a talent aquisition leader role for a smaller company in energy ~2000 employees. In the interview I talked about wanting to move into both talent acquisition and talent management. their talent management leader left the company and so now they’re offering me a job is the leader of talent management which includes talent acquisition. Hey Gente, Im applying for jobs and I wanted to get others opinion on the race part of the application process. As an indigenous LatinX I worry that if I put indigenous it won’t tick the “diversity” box for the algorithm or recruiters. I work with (not in) the I&D dept at my company and our target recruiting groups don’t include or mention indigenous. Any recruiters here that have insight?

I had a second interview with a company on 9/21 and hadn’t heard back from them in a week so I sent a follow up email to the recruiter I had been in contact with on 9/30. I still haven’t heard back from the company but Workday still says I’m “Under Consideration”. Should I send a second follow up or wait it out?

The interviews will be confidential, with pseudonyms and/or composites as needed.

Anyone else feel like the HR person who screens you for interview lies? This HR rep told me that the hiring manager personally picked my resume out and asked her to call me. She told me only one other candidate was interviewed and he wasn’t moving on and they immediately knew that. I had the interview with the hiring manager, it went well I thought. Then three weeks pass and today they told me they offered the position to someone else. 😡

Hi Everyone,

I need your help, please. I have a student who simply does not stay on track unless an adult is monitoring him. His quizzes go unfinished and writing assignments are put aside to browse online.
I also would like to ask if there is a way to prevent him from browsing other websites online during instructional time?

I am open to suggestions on how to keep him on track during Math and Writing assignments. Any assistance with this would be helpful.

Thank you,

Jas

Hi everyone! With an internal promotion to manager I am wondering if the salary raise is negotiable?
