I was interviewed by PwC IFS approx 3 months back (for Sr QA manager). Recruiter called me and said I got very very good feedbacks but due to some reason they can not recruit me.

She said if you see some job let her knoe. For sometime, I kept mailing her and she was responding every time. Couple of time ,she sgared some positions also from her side but it was not suitable. Suddenly now she not responding at all.

Not sure what could be reason

Going for my first switch, and got offer from CTS with 11.5 ctc as etl tester.
My lwd is jan 2nd.
I got trained in Selenium in java and i think my selenium concepts/understandings are good, need some brush up on testng.
So is it advicable to kick start and brushup Selenium+ TestNG concepts in 1 month and go for automation role interviews as i dont have experience in realtime automation projects. Good or bad idea?

The last time I interviewed was for a Specialist position and the questions were the typical “tell me about a time when xyz happened and how did you handle it?” But maybe these questions are to elementary for Director level? My 64 y/o mom is really struggling with her mental health and refuses to acknowledge it or take action. She is already difficult to have a relationship with, toxic, always shaming, blaming, dismissive and refuses to have important conversations.
6 years ago her husband/my step dad was killed suddenly and tragically. He had a man cave room that she has not touched since. It is beyond filthy, unsanitary and poor living conditions.

If I make attempts to clean, she has a meltdown. How to fix?

I have a new employee that started last Monday, unfortunately it’s not going to work out. Long story, but we’re fairly certain the individual is using Meth and appears to have started/restarted fairly recently. I work with physicians, so it’s a consensus.
