Hi there, I’ve been told that Deloitte (London, UK) is going to make me an offer but haven’t heard back and it’s been over two weeks. The recruiter mentioned it would be around the “m2 grade”. Any idea what this pay range is? … I have 3 YOE working in NHS finance and have applied for a position in Risk Advisory, public sector. Curious what life at Deloitte is like? Does a work life balance exist?

As an RL for ~20 people I would say that raises were on par with prior years. However, I did see more adjustments for those that were either hired in at a low rate, or probably needed an adjustment after being stuck at a level (especially SM) for a number of years or had been kept lower after getting promoted through the pwc system of 6% promotion bumps over the years. That I had some people that have been getting and expecting 2-3% for years come away with a nice 10% bump, people that were in line with their salary bands got the usual 2-3%, and newer hires that got 10% to adjust their low-ball starting salary. Bonuses were on par with prior years.
2.5 raise 14.9 bonus (SM)
10% base increase 10% bonus
Thanks
I only got 2% base increase and 4% bonus
2% raise 10% bonus. Insulting
2% raise, 5% bonus
1% base 10% bonus
I’m curious to know what percent raises people got after being promoted M to SM. I do know it varies.
Historically it has been 6% OR getting you into the low end of the band, whichever is greater. So if 6% doesn't put you in range you get an extra bump.
16% raise 4.5% bonus (SA)
Stayed SA
