Got mindtree offer 20lpa fixed.
Deloitte 21 lpa
Yoe 3.2
But got opportunity to go to europe for 4 months in current organization at 1500 euros per month with free accommodation plus my indian salary(13.5 lpa fixed).
No hike in retention only this europe opportunity from current company

1.Should I join Tech Mahindra or should search for 1 more offer

Accenture Can someone guide will it be a good decision to join capgemini with 11 LPA all fixed as Consultant B2. Current CTC is 5.75LPA. YOE - 5.7yr. SAP ABAP.
