Hi, At the time of my interview with Capgemini, my CTC was 6.8 and I had asked for 14 CTC as expected salary, in my initial discussion, after that there was no futher HR discussion or salary negotiation, today, after a month, I have received a mail from Capgemini with salary structure of 14LPA, it's not formal offer letter. But now I am holding an offer of 13LPA already, so can I mail them to increase my CTC? Will they agree?Capgemini
