Can someone tell rough idea abt inhand at this compensation. How are policies inside capgemini to change tech stack as i really want to move out of SAP abap to some open source tech stack like java, python, javascript web dev etc. Or should i remain in infy and try to clear power programmer bridge. TCS :- 11 LPA
IBM :- 11.7 LPA
Xoriant :- 15 LPA (Fixed)
I have asked for TCS and IBM for revised offer letter as per xoriant.

TCS said it's not possible because at the time of HR discussion I don't have any counter offer.

If I will not join TCS then is there any problem occurs in future like they will block list my profile?
