What all questions does Google portal asks when a Google employee refers someone for an opportunity through referral system?

Why are so many people primarily referring to Facebook as Meta now? For example, I’ve seen LinkedIn headers changed to “[position] at Meta”. No one did this when Google became Alphabet.

I have two options:
Option 1 : BA in Amazon (Logistics Team); role is similar to Data Analyst
