I met someone and their son is a director at Morgan Stanley. He told me to give him a call and potential have a talk about working there . How are Morgan Stanley advisors compensated. I ask because I left another firm and they have tried to charge me charge backs on commissions that have come back.

Hi guys,
Need help,I am joining VMware Banglore on 27th June. During interview I told them I need wfh. They said it wil be wfh this entire year. Only mistake I did was i didn't permanent wfh. I took for granted like once I join i can opt for it ( as my VMware friends had said we can opt for it)
Now the offices have started, I am scared if they call me to office , I have 14months son, not willing to leave him n go for office.
So if I ask manager to give me permanent wfh will they agree ?

As of today that has changed. The strategy portion is out of that role....you are effectively the exec that the client and account team talk to when it comes to any consulting projects being run by Google.
In effect you are a lead consultant (albeit experienced).
Still a great role for people with deliver experience

Just interview. It's a new role so the questions that they ask and what are they looking for hasn't really been leaked either
I work in professional services and work closely with DEs. You basically are the “go to” person for a named account, occasionally more than one. But you own everything from the relationship, to the project roll up, and everything in between. You’ll work closely with program managers (me), and account execs on strategy and growing that account.
It’s an amalgamation of a few roles, but the DEs at google are well regarded roles.
And to add to this - you’ll do a decent amount of strategy work with the steering community/exec level of your client; namely working on positioning GCP for solving a use case/business issue and planning out roadmaps or cost benefit analysis.
What are the salary levels for these roles? Say at level 6?

It's on par with a well paid senior manager / director.
But its not a tech job family....so your cloud architects will make more money
It's a good role....if you have a chance...id take it now because they are probably going to raise the bar tech wise soon
What is the level for DE?

Mostly 6.
There are probably some 5 and 7s in there
