KPMG 🐠 - NYC advisory associate, was an experienced hire last year but missed the cut off for VC, so this year will be my first chance for VC. My utilization is good, what kind of raise can I expect?

So I start working KPMG 4 months ago and I was wondering if I am going to be eligible for bonus and raise?

If I was brought in at a lower salary because of low number of year of experience, will KPMG adjust at year end raise time?

1% raise, 0 VC, joined as an associate Sep last year. Deloitte is offering me the a 30% raise + higher title - do I stick it out at KPMG bc I've garnered a network or start over at Deloitte?
