I applied for Senior Associate position , received positive feedback from the recruiter after 3 weeks but they offered me 1 lower position and to compensate that he said you would have high chances of getting an earlier promotion. Should I consider this offer?

I am sharing an experience with you. Please suggest where I can put forward this/ complaint for EY Gds. I was mailing HR since 2 weeks, but no response. Thanks to onBoarding team, someone from HR team, responded but she had lack of manners. She didn't talked to me good and I felt as if I am being accused of cheating the firm. Now, I am hopeless about joining this firm (although I wanted to). Can anyone tell, where can I raise such concerns.

Today My RL informed me about the numbers. I have been promoted from A to SA. I got a hike percentage of 40 and Bonus of 90k.
Would like to know about the Bonus part.. Looking at my current salary, 90k is somewhere around 1/17th part of my revised CTC.
What is general hike percentage for Appraisal and Promotion from A to SA
Generally how much Bonus everyone would get in Big 4 companies?

Seeking some guidance from people in similar situation as me. I have a BA (no masters) and joined my firm as staff 1. Currently completing my 4th year at a big4 and going into my 5th. Under normal progression after my 5th year is when I make manager. However my law firm is telling me that to file eb-2 gc, I cannot accept the manager promotion right after my 5th year is done, and based on the timeline I have to stay at the senior rank for another whole year? Hi all - I need your help. I am currently a senior in Deloitte’s audit practice, and by the end of May 2022 I will be promoted to Manager. Deloitte filed for my PERM in early December when I was clearly a senior, so I am expecting a decision on PERM by late May/June. Does my promotion to Manager in any way slow my GC process down? Will I need to restart perm application from PWD stage again or something?
