Any Bridge Engineers/Structural Engineers in here? I got my PE this year and have 5 YOE in TX + an MS. What sort of raise would you expect for receiving your PE working in a consulting firm? I am EOR on a number of structures in development, I manage EITs and Drafters (within projects; I'm not a supervisor), and am doing a lot in general. I'm at 78k currently, which is apparently still in the upper range of EIT salaries per a job posting in CO. I'm thinking of 15% (5% merit, 10% PE). Any ideas?

Now in 1-1 discussion my manager told very nice things about me but also told me that my CTC is already above market standards for my experience and tech stack. He told that they won't be able to justify my pay and gave me SOO. How much is the hike and bonus for SOO rating?

I am seeing a guy and having a hard time thinking about him in terms of long term relationship. One thing that bothers me is that he never showers after he comes back from the gym and I told him that I find it nasty.
