Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

U done effed up
Pwc1 it's not a top priority. Can't you read dumbhead. Geez whoever gave you that job. Manners?
Honestly I tell all my staff 1s to seriously consider getting their other offer back...consulting is a bunch of bs with not much knowledge gained at the end of it all...raises are better than in industry...bonus are worse...the perks are great especially if u are traveling...if knowledge and tangible technical skills are what you are looking for...I would think about switching out of the big 4...most likely you will be put into some audit or AML roll where they need bodies...also if you want to genuinely learn from leadership consulting may not be the way to go...senior leadership sells the work and then pop in once a week or every other...hope that helps
What's so intriguing about consulting that you took 70k over 100-120k for? And for kpmg (not MBB)?
The other job was software development and not something I wanted to do. MBB always rejected my profile because they don't hire from my school and I did the MIS grad program and it honestly did not help.
It's not about money and you're asking bonus. Fuck outta here with that bull sht. Ain't got time for kids this late on a Saturday night. It's always about money sht head. You think your client is paying $500/hr because they like your suit ?
100% every year
It could be anywhere from 3-18%. It really depends on the firm profit, your team, performance etc. Ask someone to forward you a copy of Lynne Doughtie/Carl Carandes Variable Comp emails from 1-2 years back. They have the tiers and percentages. Also this is the stuff you should be asking your TC. FB will always get you sarcasm before a generic response. If you are not getting this info from your TC/mentor, you are doing something wrong.
To me money is not the top priority! Nothing to be ducked about. It's just curiosity. Don't read too much into it
Someone from K can probably chime in but maybe 5-15% raise (promote?) and 1-5% bonus?
And it might be more group/team (i.e. luck) based than merit based
It's late and I don't give two shts. Obviously it's a Top priority if we are talking about it fkhead
Go take a dump. You will get better!
Did you do ur MIS at Indiana...cuse or Carnegie
Which practice in KPMG? It depends on performance of your practice. Last year was overall bad year but it still I got 10% raise and 10% bonus.
You can get up to 25%. I got 22% 2 years ago so u good
You're kinda ducked if you're asking that question after already taking the offer. No?
