I'm joining EY next month for tech stack ODI, PL SQL. how flexible is it to change a skill set or project after 18 months in EY? I want to eventually move to the data engineering side. ODI (Oracle data integrator) is a niche tool which will go extinct in future and I want to move other technology hopefully in EY.Deloitte Accenture Tata Consultancy

What’s the most strategic exit you can make when getting a new job? I want to roll off my project and just say I am looking for a new project and just never take a new one... (sounds terrible I know) My current project contract is about to be over and a lot of people are using it as an opportunity to roll off even though they’re prolly gonna renew it. Start date for my new job is negotiable so I really want to collect as many checks and stack PTO as much as I can. Deloitte Accenture EY PwC Boston Consulting Group Accenture

I was a 1 and got 30%
Depends what office you're out of, what group you're in and what your starting salary was. Mine was 20%. People I work with ranges from 15%-25% I was surprised about the 25% but turns out they started at $15k less than me. 15% was in Philly office rather than NY
Damn, these are big numbers!
Good to know!
I got a 1 last year and got 25%
The higher the raise this year, the lower you'll get next year as an SA2.
