What is Publicis NY like? Thinking about making the jump. Would be a raise but I really enjoy working on my current team. Any advice?

All this is a bit moot without seeing other benefits in context. As an aside, LETS also COMPARE BENEFITS OF THE BEHEMOTHS ie Publicis vs Omnicom vs WPP vs ... Especially since the work is often pretty much the same (it’s all advertising, folks). Publicis offers 3 week’s vacay (15 days) plus 9 “flex” days (giving a total of 24 days PTO). Plus unlimited sick days and many pre-and-post public holidays. But not the days between Christmas and New Year. And no summer Fridays. No comp days. And scant or no pay rises (as if that was new). What about the other companies? End of the day, when you go for a job, these things are worth money. So if you can, negotiate UP in case you never get a pay raise again...it happens.

With all the new business Publicis has now been bringing in, why are we still on a promotion freeze? And hiring inexperienced people for higher positions?

For those in the Publicis network, how many got a promotion this cycle and what was the average $?
