I recently got a new manager and it was someone who had worked on a project with me for a while and became a big advocate for me. We had a good professional relationship and he seemed like he really wanted to help me grow my career at the firm. I recently met up with him in person and we had drinks with other coworkers. My manager got really drunk and things got inappropriate. We are both in very serious long term relationships. I’m not even sure if he remembers what he did. Do I need a new job?
