Have an offer from publicis which is a promotion compare to my current role. It would prob take 6 months to get the promotion at Accenture. Is publicis a good move or stay at Accenture for long term opportunities?

How does search work at McKinsey? If it’s up to x weeks paid to find a job, how will they know if I’ve already accepted an offer?
