How are the “hours worked” for pwc 401k vesting calculated? Is it actual hours worked (overtime) or just hours we are compensated for?

So apparently pwc has implemented this “phases return to work” thing after certain types of leave such as maternity leave, whereby u return to work 60% with full time rate pay for 4 weeks.

I noticed PwC Wealth Builder allows you to keep n + 20% for each nth year you work at PwC. Does that rule also apply for 401k match from the firm? Or is it 100% vested?

Pwc doesn’t offer Roth’s. Should I increase my contributions to 401k or look for a Roth? Any advice on which Roth. 2 years out of college. Likely will pull the money out for B school in 2-3 years
