PwC is starting my GC process. Someone said they will ask for a full amount reimbursement if I leave company the company within two years of green card issue date. Is this true? Cont.

People who think PwC AC Bangalore and PwC AC Kolkata are same (including recruitment process, salary structure, projects, benefits, work culture etc) are too damn high. For the last time, they are not same at all, both are two different entities.

SM on my project stepped away on paternity leave. SM was the one who led partner discussions and most of the client meetings. We're a week from a client deadline.

As a manager, I'm stepping but incredibly stress with the amount of moving parts. I don't have a strong rapport with the partner (Neither did the SM) to be open and transparent on how stressful I'm feeling without downgrading myself.

Vendors keep on asking to join on W2 rather that Corp to Corp although for employees on H1B we cannot join on W2 due to immigration issues. Hi all, my H1B got approved today and I am waiting on the actual physical notice. In parallel I have a L2 EAD extension request in process. My H1B is valid from oct 1 only. Can I withdraw my L2 tomorrow? Is it okie if I am out of status for nine days? I am worried that the L2 will get approved. If it does get approved, what do I do?
