Hi PwC folks, what’s your maternity leave policy? And how long to you have to be with a firm to take it? Thanks.

Just came back. Two weeks before due date, 16 weeks, then come back to work for 4 weeks at 60% hours but full time pay.

like

Ok got it

16 weeks + 4 weeks before due date (at least in California) throw in some PTO and you can swing 6 months. Not sure how long you have to be employed for

^ Thanks, I known at EY you have to work for a year before you can take the leave.

Is 4 weeks before due date a cali thing? Had a kid 2 years ago (ny) and only got 2 weeks before. Or is that the new policy?

California thing (sorry!)

^Not bad at all!

My father took a home loan, and the same home is kept as mortgage.
I'm paying arround 22k emi for the same but unable to exempt tax as the loan is on my father's name.

I googled a lot how to transfer it but neither gift deed nor sale deed would work as the property is on mortgage that's under bank's ownership (until loan is fulfilled).
Tax is also getting deducted, I'm paying hefty emis.
What can I do?
Please advise 🙂

I am leaving Accenture because of hectic work schedule and late night shift work. Because of this I was not able to give time to my 1 year old child.
However, I have few offers in hand as given but my priority are WFH and normal shift work:

Can you suggest, which organization would be good to join?
Thanks in advance.TietoEVRY IBM

Please tell me about the benefits of the Deloitte Corporate AmEx. Thanks!

Wanted to share this somewhere.
My father has been very aggressive and keeps on creating quarrel like situations at home day in and day out.
I care for him a lot. However, i have tried both calm and aggressive tones during quarrels, but it also didn't help.
Now it's becoming unbearable to keep on getting involved with his quarrels over little things... considering this scenario I am also not proceeding with matrimonial process as not sure how the girl will handle this
