Moved out of PwC recently and am rolling over my 401k and Wealth Builder accounts to Fidelity 401k. Does anyone know what type of account the PwC wealth builder is? Anyone did a similar transfer?

How much has stock options changed anyone’s life here? Just started at amazon and I received 1500 shares post split. But obviously the vesting schedule is so long over 4 years and morale certainly will be up and down. I feel I’d be crazy to walk away before then and miss out.

I am doing a back door Roth IRA through Vanguard and while everything makes sense to me, I am unsure if an additional $6000 be invested for a non working spouse. We satisfy the criteria but two questions - 1) Is this still valid I.e., $12k can be invested for 2021? And 2) Any insight into how this is done - Vanguard doesn’t let me add more than $6k as it’s above the individual limit. I tried searching the bowl for specific answers but wasn’t successful. Inputs appreciated.
