For the independent consultants, what is the average hourly rate you get in the market for 7-10yrs experience in SAP FICO and PR/IM/MM?

I got 160k base for L7, based in SF, SAP consulting. Is it possible to transfer to Seattle and retain the same salary soon after I join the company?
