Being from SAP background ,which one will be best to choose considering on-site opportunities, work life balance,pay hikes, projects .

I feel like I’ve really mucked up my early career choice. I enjoy mechanical engineering and I do believe that it CAN be a broad field, but nowhere near as much mobility as data science, business analytics, consulting, etc. I plan to get my MBA in the future and transition to project mgmt, but that’s well over 5-7 years away. Had my 2nd interview with the hiring manager this past Friday & sent a thank you shortly after. It's now Tuesday (for those who see this on another day). At the end of the interview he said they've had other people who were interested but only one other person besides me were they considering. Need advice. I’m at my first job in private accounting. Previous experience is as an auditor. I am struggling to figure out the way JEs are posted at my current company.
