I’m a JPM (1.5 YOE in 2 companies), background in projects management (5y - 1 company) . Happy with my role (4 months) and on a path to PM in 1y. WLB and comp are ok.

Now recruiters are calling with PM + 20/50% comp increase which is great. But I’m worried changing role could be premature and hinder my long term PM path.

How to let a firm know comp expectations changed due to a raise at the current employer? Gave a firm a range and they offered me a base comp at the low end of my range. Not sure how I feel about this. Thoughts on this? Would expect them to meet me at least in the middle.

Current comp is going to be very close to 90k at the end of the year. Initially gave a range of 95 - 110 (when my comp was still in the low 80s). They met me at 95. I have almost 2 YOE.

Recently i have seen many associates are complaining about work pressure at Infosys. The working environment has gotten worse. People are working 18 hrs per day and even on weekends. Its not specific to a project or vertical. Many of my friends resigned just because of no wlb there. What could be the cause of this? Is it really possible that Infosys will collapse soon.
