I still remember how excited I was getting selected at Infosys. This was my first job. For whole one year, I dreamt of joining Mysore campus. I was living my dream life. With 17k in hand, i felt rich and more satisfied😇
But now, evrything seems so less. Even with good amount , it feels unsatisfactory. That urge to gain more is never ending. I was living my best life at 17k but not now. Money is needed but utilizing it properly is more important. Chase happiness, not money. Happiness is underrated.🙂
No pension at ACN. Comp will take a hockey stick curve at D if you are a senior partner that owns a market offering like Analytics, Cloud, Integration, SCP, etc vs being a generalist delivery or AMS Principal. You will be awarded a lot more units the more lucrative your offering is vs a more niche offering like SAP GTS, EWM etc.
Accenture MDs have an internal band level that decides the comp which is also related to the span of the offering they are responsible for.
Do you mean Managing Director? Principal at Accenture is on our innovation and thought leadership track, basically people who won't make MD. Principal is equivalent to Manager on that track
Oh I had no idea. At D, principal is equity partner with no CPA. Yes, I meant MD then.
