You need not switch to other tools.. ABAP is crucial.. if tou can upskill to others along with it, it would be great addon.. like s/4 hana. You'll get excellent opportunities and hike. Try learning understanding of cds views, odata and all
If you are enjoying what you do ,then stay and try to learn as much as possible in the initial 2.5-3 years. And then look for better opportunities in terms of money if u feel you are underpaid. But if you don't like the technology now is the right time to make a transition else it would be late as you keep growing your experience. Good luck!
I have completed 10.5 years in ABAP. My current CTC is 20.. you can have an idea.. generally ctc shd be 2 times ur experience but 1.75 times consider okaish.
Salary being 2times the experience.. is it true for a test analyst too?
