I have the offer to help build an arm (it would be it’s own new identity) of a business I have worked for. I currently have no investment in this, but I want to bring up the idea of a stake somehow and not just help someone build another business of their own. I want to be part of it. Just had a very uncomfortable conversation with a partner. I have some time off booked to go to my brother’s wedding (I’m the best man). I have 1yoe,had my HR round for ABAP Developer Associate at SAP labs a week ago. My current is 6.3 ,asked for 11lpa base and there was no negotiation, no feedback given by the HR if my ask is out of their range,etc.

I haven't got any update. The recruiter is also not responding to my mails. This was my first interview...I thought you can't get rejected after clearing managerial round and they will atleast call me to negotiate.
Any suggestions for future improvement?
