I’m currently in the process of accepting a promotion and have a say on the title. I’m moving up from an Enterprise Account Executive/Manager to a KEY Account Executive/Manager. Which one do you think pulls more weight and is more desired/interchangeable in the world of sales and my future career? I am going to start a career as a Patient Access Rep soon. I have previous admin experience and I am wondering if I should ask for a pay increase to salary? The starting pay for this position is 16.25 but I am wanting to ask for 19up…How much are patient reps making now days in this medical field?

Men 🐠- On an average, why do Indian men act so weird or awkward around women in general in public ? Esp around pools, beaches, outdoor activities, etc. Understand it may not apply to all and am not trying to sound racist/smug/etc. Genuinely don't understand and am curious to hear y'alls opinion!
